Summer Reading Program Picnic

We just wrapped up One World Many Stories and it was a great Reading Program. We had over 70 kids signed up and they read 717 books! We had a taco party picnic with a professional storyteller to close the program.

Sweet Grass Fest

The Friends of the Carnegie Public Library in Big Timber sponsored pre-parade face painting agian this year. This was the fourth year for this library event. See you again next year.

Carnegie Library Kitchen Shower

The wonderful members of the Hoe and Hope Garden Club recently gave the library a kitchen shower. Much needed and hoped for items were received, dishtowels, utensils, cleaning supplies, etc. Thank you!

Book Club Get Together

Come join us at the library on January 13, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. for a Pot Luck to be shared by all the area book clubs and anyone interested in book clubs.

First Annual Spirit of Montana Authors Gathering

Friday September 3rd was a wonderful evening. We would like to thank the authors who educated and entertained us through the sharing of their experiences. We would also like to thank the Friends of the Carnegie Library for serving their wonderful hors d'oeuvres and desserts.
